Your problems are a result of what?  Every day work. Lifting, bending

How long have you had these problems?  Back pain on & off for 10 years. Pinched nerve the last 4 months.

Please state how these health problems have interfered with your normal life’s activities and relationships?  Always in pain at work or even driving. Wake up with pain in my back, can’t sleep very well.

Describe your results and/or changes that have taken place since you began care until the present. I sleep through the night with no back pain, my posture has improved a lot. I just feel so much better than before.

Any additional comments about the advance techniques used in the office, the staff or anything else you’d like to say that my help others in their journey to better health.  Everyone at Natural Health & Wellness has been very nice and helpful in getting me well. I will be a patient for a long time.
